Our staff will contact your insurance company and get a breakdown of your benefits. They will be able to find out the services covered by the insurance and the estimated out of pocket fee that the patient is responsible for.

Our office offers Third Party Financing, such as Care Credit.

3. How do I get Care Credit?

You can apply at carecredit.com or apply at our office with the help of our staff.

4. Can I cancel my appointment at any time?

If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please give us two business day notice as a curtesy to our other patients.

5. What kind of payment does your office accept?

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash. Payment is expected when services are rendered.
